Core Responsibilities

- check_circle Coordinate escalations with infrastructure teams.
Technical Requirements
- verified 3+ years in IT support plus team leadership exposure.
- verified Knowledge of ticketing systems and SLA workflows.
- verified Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
- verified Comfort working in a fast-paced service environment.
